SHIPPING POLICY
• The seller, Suryan Organic have multiple warehouse to dispatch its products. Hence to meet the need of the consumer, the seller may dispatch products from different / nearest warehouse and the consumer may receive the order in parts.
• When the products would be shipped from India (Bharat) warehouse, than an additional cost of custom clearance may be added.
• For all the orders, it would take 3 working days to process the order and if shipped from India (Bharat) warehouse, it would take 5 working days to get delivered.
• Shipping delays at times may be due to overseas clause / customs / etc, consumer should understand and accept the parcel if such instances occurs sometimes. Due to delayed delivery, the consumer couldn’t return the parcel and claim a refund. If the consumer does so, than the shipping charges had to be borne by the consumer.
• If the consumer doesn’t like to product after it’s delivery than it can return if the seal is not broken. Consumer shall borne the charges for returning it to our warehouse in USA
